I'm really thankful for how simple it was—just a quick email click and I got my fresh paper catalogue packed with tons of beautiful new pictures.

I didn't receive any email from you letting me know that my order was shipped, as promised in the confirmation. Because of that, my package was left outside for two days, and it could've stayed there even longer if I hadn't happened to swing by the delivery spot. I reached out via email to your company about this issue, but I never heard back. Also, just a heads up, your site didn’t mention—at least I didn’t catch it—that the giclee prints are on textured paper, which isn’t really my thing.

Thanks for the speedy shipping! But, you really oughta let the ink dry completely before sending the photo out. I was super pumped to surprise my husband with that gorgeous picture, but I couldn't frame it immediately since it had a nasty smell! I had to leave the unrolled photo by an open window for two days just to air it out. Aside from that, the photo is absolutely GORGEOUS!

The site doesn’t really explain the return policy or how items will arrive. After I bought something, there was zero communication about shipping or anything else. Make sure to ask a ton of questions beforehand since returns aren’t an option. Responses took a while to come through.

We've snagged a handful of Warhol posters and we really dig the quality. The site is super user-friendly, and the delivery process is a breeze. The posters are well-packaged and show up in great condition. We'll surely be getting our posters from McGaw Graphics whenever we need more.

I've never dealt with customer service this terrible. I bought a giclee poster, thinking it was a canvas. Right away, I shot them an email asking for a return label since I wanted to swap the poster for a canvas. They replied saying returns aren't allowed because all orders are custom-made. What a letdown! I tried calling to explain my issue, but once again, I was told no returns or exchanges are possible. This is definitely my first and last order with this company. It could've been sorted out so easily. I just can't believe a business that boasts about same-day orders would use 'custom' orders as a shield for such a lousy return policy.

The image I requested had great sentimental worth since I was substituting a photo I had misplaced that my brother gifted me ages ago. The ordering was a breeze. It showed up right on schedule and in flawless shape. Much appreciated!

While I was checking out this canvas for purchase, the details didn’t mention that I’d need to stretch it myself - I was taken aback when it showed up in this tiny, triangular box! Honestly, the canvas is still sitting in the box it came in. In my area, there are just TWO framing shops - I’ve reached out to one to find out if they can stretch it for me so I can finally hang it up. I’m not sure how much extra it’ll cost to get it stretched.

The quality of the print is top-notch and the prices are quite fair, plus they offer different sizes. I’ll surely be placing another order with them soon.
